The big-eared rodent has been shaping our lives and winning our hearts for 90 years! Without a doubt, Mickey Mouse is one of fashion’s hardest working style icons.

He has long been loved by fashion designers: From Marc Jacobs, Jean Charles de Castelbajac, Comme des Garcons, Dolce and Gabbana, Elly Saab, Coach and last but not least Alessandro Michele for Gucci Spring Summer 2019.

loved by music icons Madonna and  Lady Gaga, to name few

and finally a muse to artists Andy Warhol and Damien Hirst.

Mickey Mouse is a global household name loved by everyone irrespective of age or gender. Those bright red tones, black, ruffle collar and famous ‘ears’  may never go out of fashion.

Because fashion, art, and life have always been inspired by what Walter Elias Disney always evoked……………. MAGIC!

Gucci Garden – The new debut Palazzo della Mercanzia

Whilst January 2018 opens it’s doors to the fashion world with a series of dates for ‘fashion week’, Gucci opens the Pitti Uomo on January the 9th   with a new revelation: the Gucci Garden in the Palazzo Della Mercanzia.

This is hardly  earth-shattering news, as The Gucci Garden is none other than the newly redesigned Gucci Museum already housed in the fourteen-century Palazzo Della Mercanzia in Florence’s Piazza Della Signoria

But, what makes this news interesting, is that the label’s creative director, Alessandro Michele, has transformed the museum in a completely new experiential museum concept: Haute couture meets Haute cuisine in an Eden of beauty and History all in the same exclusive location.
