If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed, please call our customer service team on
If you would like a refund or exchange please return your goods within 10 days of receiving them. Please make sure that you get a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post.
We will refund the cost of rejected items (returned with their original packaging and in perfect condition) as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. We reserve the right not to make a refund where it is evident that the goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition.
